Dear all -
Here at Jervis Bay on the south coast of NSW I have noticed Australian
Ravens collecting sticks and at least one site for a nest and also a (very
brief observation) of a pair of Brown Goshawks engaging in what appeared to
be mating behaviour. Seems to be early, though haven't checked HANZAB. Any
other similar observations? - it seems a fairly mild winter thus far -
though August will be the real test and it will be interesting if these
early indcations persist.

Hi all
Yesterday at Elrington near Mulbring in the Lower Hunter I observed that a
pair of White-throated Treecreeper had already selected their nest hollow
and were being quite territorial around it.
Cheers
