Yes that makes sense an interesting topic. Has
any work been done to determine whether the young birds in inland NSW are from
the east coast population or SA population working their way up the
inland river system? If there not part of the breeding population on the
east coast, doesn't this raise a few questions in relation to threatened species
management? Could it be possible for this species to cross the Great Dividing
Range thereby mixing with the east coast population. What did your research
discover on bird movement?
