I have placed a book in the Glen Davis community hall for people to write their bird sightings in. This is a result of the Community Association asking me how they can provide up to date information to visiting birdwatchers. Hopefully this will be one way of helping any birders who visit the valley to find out where various birds have most recently been seen. I've started the ball rolling by entering some of my sightings from last weekend.

The association opens up the hall on weekends and public holidays so if you're down there, please call in and have a look at the book and add your own sightings from around the Capertee Valley. The community hall is in the camping ground. You can also now buy drinks, ice creams, pies, etc. there on weekends.

Cheers

Carol
