Hi, My father has reported to me seeing a pair of parrots which he could not recognize. They generally reminded him of a ringneck but with a shorter tail and a red vent rather like Pale-headed Rosellas. They were investigating the down pipes from sixth floor balconies on the esplanade and appeared over a number of days. Does any one have any suggestions for ID?
