Claire Stevenson has suggested that the mystery bird of Glen Innes may be a Sunbird. Certainly my initial impression was that it might have been a Sunbird, although not the Queensland species. I am not familiar with many of the overseas species and so cannot rule them out. Someone else may care to comment.
