I first saw RTBs stripping all the berries from white cedars in Bourke NSW in August 2000. The local Parks Ranger told me that this was a new occurrence as up to then they listed RTBs as a rare sighting in Bourke but now virtually all Melia trees in Bourke were being systematically stripped.
