Steve Blaber asked for information on visiting Mai Po sanctuary Hong Kong in May.
 
My understanding is that the HK government closed Mai Po to (human) visitors at the end of January due to the bird flu scare.See http://www.inq7.net/brk/2004/jan/30/brkafp_1-1.htm 
 
Don't know whether this has been reversed but suspect not
