SOUTHERN GULF BIRDS AND WETLANDS FORUM 5 & 6 MAY 2004 -
KARUMBA CIVIC CENTRE, KARUMBA
Building regional community capacity
convened by WWF Australia in collaboration with the Northern Gulf
Resource Management Group and the Southern Gulf Catchments Ltd.
The Southern Gulf is home to over 300,000 waterbirds. The region is
recognised both nationally and internationally for its important
wetlands which cover more than 10,000 km of this unique part of
Australia.
