g'Day Dave and Jill
The latest version 3.1 dated January 2003 contains information from
8500 tide level stations world wide. On the home page at www.wxtide32.com
, an overview describes an exception for UK, Ireland and Scotland and an
explanation link is provided.
However, irrespective of this exception clause, it will be found that
the relevant tide level information for these areas works perfectly well
when selected.

It used to be great I agree, but is getting less
useful - the reason being
that an increasing number of Governments are claiming copyright over
the
tide information and last time I checked wxtide32 (to see if there
was an
update to my old version) it had had some countries REMOVED from its
database - may still be OK here in Aus (I haven't checked recently)
but if
the latest version does not meet your needs you will need to find an
old
version somewhere - I have one but I am not sure if you can just copy
the
files to your PC and expect it to work or whether you need the install
program (which I don't have) , but I will help if I can!
