Hi all, just letting you know that I was lucky to see the Black Bittern (or one of the Bitterns) at Deep Creek today. Only stopped for a brief stop on the off chance as I was driving by and it was perched on a log in the open on the far river back opposite where the small creek joins the main creek at the end of the dog training area. It was about 3:00pm in the afternoon with plenty of disturbance around!

Cheers
Simon.
