On Tuesday morning (16/12/03) at 7.20am we had close views of a Fork-tailed Swift flying low around a rocky lookout on Kings Tableland, in the Blue Mountains NSW. As far as I could see there were no other swifts or needletails present but there were a few Tree Martins flying with it.
