Hi Alistair,
I've seen last year on a day trip to lady Elliot Island on 31 october 22 species: Lesser Fregatebird, Silvereye, Buff-banded Rail, Brown Booby, Sharp-tailed sandpiper, Whimbrell, Lesser Golden Plover, American Golden Plover (yes, tony will submitt it very soon), Tawny Grassbird, Brown Noody, Black Noddy, Crested Tern, Bridled Tern, Roseate Tern, Wedge-tailed Shearwater, Red-tailed Tropicbird, Black-naped Tern, House Sparrow, Eastern reef heron, Turnstone, White-bellied Sea-eagle, Sooty & Pied Oystercatcher.
