took an apartment on the estuary at North Haven for 3 days. I agree with you - a
terrific spot. Ist evening observed a Mangrove Bittern for over half an hour on
the rock embankment along the estuary. Saw it again the following evening at
dusk. - a first for both of us. Got Glossy blacks and Yellow tailed Blacks at
Kattang. Enjoyed watching a humpback breaching off Sea Acres headland and
saw many Pale Yellow Robins along roadside - another first. Missed the Pitta
which I hoped for. Thanks for sharing, Margaret
