G'day Mike,
A huge number of Booksellers around the world (including 100s in Australia) list their 2nd hand & remaindered books on Advanced Book Exchange
 
The book is listed by 2 outlets in the USA, 3 in the U.K. and unfortunately none in Oz.
The cheapest is US$27.95 (AUS$39) + postage from USA.
 
A US Global Priority Envelope (takes a 30cm X 20cm book) costs US$9.00 and delivery about 10 days.
Most will take Master or Visa Cards
