Eagle Deaths & windfarming

This is known as the Law of Unintended Consequences. Anything you do will
have five unintended consequences, at least three of them bad. In the long
run, the eagles will suffer more from the climate change effects of global
warming, partially caused by coal fired power stations, than from wind
farms.

 If eagles are rare in the area then you are less likely to kill one in a
wind farm. Perhaps they could do what they used to do to domestic fans,
build a big wire cage around them. Bags not climbing up to dust the cages!
