Hi All,
Just following up on Doug's message.
I can recall a similar incident happening during a PENBOC outing  while
walking through the Army Base at Pt Nepean (Vic) some years ago.  It almost
created an incident when one half wanted to interfer and the other did not.
The latter side one for a number of reason which I won't go into.
