Hi all, This is a long shot, but I was wondering if anybody had any information that shows logging in the Tarkine (North-east Tasmania) could impact upon the survival chances of Orange Bellied Parrots. It is a long shot as from what I know OBP's wouldn't use the Red Myrtle areas that are being opened up for logging, but someone with a bit of experience with these birds might be able to give a different answer. Looking forward to some responses, Cheers Paul. ------------------------------------------------------------ This email was sent from Netspace Webmail: http://www.netspace.net.au Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
