Hi all,
My wife (an avid birder) and I will be leaving for Brisbane on 8 November
and will be back to Malaysia by 15 December. We have a time share
accomodation in Hobart, Tasmania from 22-29 November. We will rent a car and
drive south after spending some time in Brisbane and will pass through
Sydney and hopefully Canberra and end in Melbourne for the flight to Hobart. I
hope
Ozbirders can give me some pointers as to where I can shoot birds and other
wildlife from that time onwards. Tom Tarrant has given me some useful tips
earlier. From about 8 December we should be back to the mainland (Melbourne)
and spend some time in the Yarra area. Our plans are flexible fom
My wife and I would be leaving for Bala Forest Reserve in south Thailand
(near Sungai Golok) during the Deepavali Holidays (23-28 Oct). It's a lovely
place
to bird and relax. Wish you guys could join us.
