Greetings All,

Today, Friday 26th, I saw a Red-backed Kingfisher sitting on the power lines at the Junction of the Atherton -Kairi Road and Favier Road.

Saw no cranes or bustards in the area; first time in ages they have not been visible here.

At Pelican Point we saw over 30 species while looking at the plantings from the early nineties. This included White-throated Treecreeper.

Regards,
Alan
