The Powerful Owl reported back again in Williamstown, Melbourne, on birding-aus last week, was there at lunchtime yesterday (Wednesday). It was sitting, slumbering peacefully, on a branch that was being blown vigorously by gale force winds just a few centimeters from the second floor windows and right outside the front door of Nelson House occupied by Tenix at the corner of Nelson Place and Ann Street, Williamstown. Leaves are just beginning to appear on these trees, so easy views will only be possible for the next few days.
