The weather may have something to do with a
Chanel-Billed Cuckoo arriving early?? I can hear one around here, with it's
continuous call. I know they do nest around here, this is the first spring
we will spend here in our new home, but I have seen them around here last
Spring. They do come back to the same areas to lay their eggs. Birds are
nestng early this year - the Magpies, I have Galahs sitting on eggs up in our
front hollow tree.
