Hi all, I went birdwatching at Hinze Dam today and saw a few lifers. When will i stop seeing lifers? I guess because i have only seen around 100 species over my life time i will see quite a few lifers for a few more years . Sadly no Swamp Harrier today but i did see a nest containing two young Whistling Kites entertaining each other while mum and dad were out hunting. I really want to see the various pigeon, dove and quail species. I am going to start compiling a list on excel of what species i have seen at Hinze Dam so far. Following is a list of species seen today 43 in all o and i saw two Goannas 1 a foot long and the other 2 foot long.
