Nick,

Unfortunately there are no rates. I am relying on the good will and
generosity of, and the opportunity for,  authors of bird papers or reports
to promote their work for inclusion amongst the list of references for the
region.

My request was for references in the public domain, which I have not, at
this stage, been able to access by the more conventional literature and
database searches.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and acknowledged.
