Hi all, visited Long Reef today with Grev and Margaret Reidy and saw the
usual Red Necked Stints, Grey Tailed Tattlers, Turnstones and 7 or 8
Double Banded Plovers. Sea birds were very few due no doubt to the
strong off shore winds. A lone OZ gannet sighted as well as 2 -3 Caspian
Terns. The highlight was an Osprey complete with catch (pointing in the
right direction). This is the first time all of us have seen this bird
in Sydney.
