HiThe NPWS on the south coast of NSW have put out their news letter, Sharing the Shoreline", wrapping up the work coordinated by the 2 hard working officers and the volunteers. They had pretty good fledging rates for Little Tern, Pied Oystercatcher and Hooded Plover at most sites due to the vigilance of the volunteers Foxes were again the main culprit, especially at Lake Wollumboola with no fledglings from 40 pairs, 160 eggs. It is hoped that these energetic pair keep getting the funds to do this work.
