In case anyone is planning on visiting Werribee this Sunday (June 1) to look for Oriental Pratincole, Northern Shoveler, OBP, Black Falcon, etc, and just might be going past Melbourne airport at around 10:45am on their way (at least I hope the airport is on the way to Werribee), and does't mind picking up a freeloader, let me know!

OK, it's a big ask, but otherwise I'll probably be reduced to searching for Song Thrush in the Botanic Gardens on Sunday.

Also, I'll be at Monash Caulfield campus Thur and Fri of next week. Is there anywhere on or near campus that might be good for a short birding break? In particular, anywhere that might yield Little Lorikeet (we're a bit short on those down this way).
