Hi All,
I am a rehabber with WIRES on the Central Coast of
NSW. We had a bird with wings tags come into care on 17th May. It was seen
to be attacked by a falcon, but survived and was released today
18th.
It had tags on both wings.
Hot pink over fluro green No. 9 on one
wing
Hot pink over fluro green No 351 on the other
wing.
I didn't see the bird, but from the
description was either a little egret or cattle egret. Was not injured
just stunned and released at Bensville today. Lucky bird.
Does anybody on the list have more
information, we would be interested,
Dellas Johnston
