If only your comment re "various fauna bureacracies in each
state would surely have better things to do with their resources than to waste
them on frivolous pursuits" were true. In Qld. an elderly gentleman is
currently being taken to court for feeding undersized fish which he normally
throws back to a pelican.
We can only live in hope.
