Re: Late report on flame robin arrivals

On 24th April, 28 flame robins arrived to feed on the site I have been monitoring for several years near Bendigo.  They were a couple of weeks late so I was thinking they might have been affected by the fires.  This group are feeding and moving around as expected now.  At first they were unsettled and difficult to observe as they hawked insects from perches amongst the grey box leaves.

Regards, Glenise.
