RFI: Christmas Island Birds

Does anybody know of any sources for information or published works on the 
impact of crazy ants on the following Christmas Island species / races:
-  Emerald Dove (Christmas Island) Chalcophaps indica natalis
-  Glossy Swiftlet (CI) Collocalia esculenta natalis
-  Christmas Island Imperial-pigeon Ducula whartoni
-  White-tailed Tropicbird (CI) Phaethon lepturus fulvus
-  Island Thrush (CI) Turdus poliocephalus erythropleurus
-  Christmas Island White-eye Zosterops natalis

Alternatively, any information on their conservation status would be useful 
(we already have the Action Plan for Australian Birds 2000).
