Here it is ........ this little olde favorite of many ..... thee non controversial friday quiz. Question 1) Which oil tanker disaster caused the deaths of an estimated 1 million sea birds along the South Coast of England in one single year, and which year was that. Question 2) How much oil was displaced into the ocean from the "Valdez" disaster. (100,000 tonnes either way) Question 3) What is thee preferred method for restoring natural oil to a sea bird rescued and cleaned after yet another ocean coating oil disaster. Question 4) What are the main causes of death in these sea birds ..... Albatross Petrel Seagull and finally Question 5) Is it only the weight factor of oil on penguins that causes their deaths when a colony is hit by an oil tidal wave. Good luck to all, I've got some birds books and stamps as prizes to give away. Kind Regards, John A. Gamblin Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Tax Center - File online, calculators, forms, and more |
