Hi all,

Went to Mitchell Park this morning and saw a total of 50 species there with highlights being a Square-Tailed Kite and 2 Chestnut-Rumped Heathwrens!

Also good numbers of Yellow ThornbillWhite-Naped, Lewin's, Yellow-Tufted and Yellow-Faced Honeyeaters had great views at very close range of a rather obliging Brown Cuckoo-Dove which I managed to get photos of. Also of interest was a group of 6 Buff-Rumped Thornbill along the firetrail.

Also in the Hawksbury was a group of 18 Plumbed Whistling-Duck at Pughs Lagoon.

Cheers
Simon.
