This is slightly off-topic, but I would be interested to hear comments on the following from anyone involved with small (say less than 40 members) birding, field naturalists or similar clubs. Is your club incorporated or not and why? I have had conflicting opinions of the desirability of incorporation. Can you find public liability insurance at a reasonable cost? Please reply off-line.
