Hi All,

I am holding the final (I think, I hope) tern id day for birders this coming
Saturday am on the Caloundra sandbanks, SEQld. This time, instead of being
overbooked, I have room for a couple more. If anyone would like to join the
group, please get in touch with me. We meet in Caloundra at 7.45am. No
charge. The main aim of the day is to help birders separate White-winged
Blacks, Commons and Littles. The Crested Terns have begun returning with
their newly-fledged young, and are an interesting sight. You won't see a lot
of birds, because most are off fishing when we do the id mornings. But you
should see the odd thousand or two.

Cheers,

Jill
