Where does wetlands figure in this process? makes me worry, when use of some words are used as they often do? re: stormwater? I always thought stormwater was water that came from storms and storms only? with run off to only rivers, to mainly keep the rivers healthy? sometimes with a wire mesh catcher in the stormwater flow? "Bat" her up. Could someone clarify please? John A.
