Hi all,
Heres a list of the species I saw at Lamington National Park while bird
watching and searching for the elusive Coxen?s Fig Parrot (Psittaculirostris
diophthalma) on the various tracks on the 16/12/02. Highlights of the trip
was seeing a Yellow-tailed Black-Cockatoo on the way to Lamington National
Park along with a mature Wedge-tailed Eagle perched with an immature in the
top of a dead tree also on the way to Lamington National Park. Other
Highlights were seeing my first Alberts lyrebird, and numerous King parrots
and Crimson Rosellas at Lamington National Park.
N.B Please excuse the poor grammar and spelling mistakes.
