Hot air balloons and disturbance to birds

G'day MIN and All,

I had the very beautiful benefit this early am of a pilotless helicopter landing not far from my home, it must have been pilotless? due to the laws about height whilst flying over built up area's? everything outside with wings scattered, my home shook, taking about two hours for all to return to normal. But then, of course two hours later, the chopper decided to crank up and leave ......

HE DID NOT FLY AT THE REGULAR HEIGHT OR PATH and it was NOT an Emergency Flight.

This issue arises because of increasing numbers of landings and launches being allowed in our parks.
