G'day all The Hamilton Field Nats ventured out to Bryan Swamp (north west of Dunkeld in the Victorian Valley) yesterday morning and saw a Bustard in grassland near the south eastern corner of the lake. Several bustards have been seen down this way in the last couple of years so it may not be the dry inland conditions pushing them down. They used to be a common feature of our fauna. I'm heading out to see if I can find it.
