Hi all Just to follow up on the Top End report of Grey Wagtail recently. The last Top End record was of three birds near the Darwin Sewage Works, Jan - March, 1998. Prior to that, there was one at the sewage works in 1980. There was a report in Wingspan of several birds in Kakadu some years ago but I don't have the reference to hand. So, a scarce bird indeed, though the lack of observers in places like Litchfield and Kakadu at this time of year means that some presumably go unreported.
