I was also out at the You Yangs on Saturday and witnessed the most magnificant views of the lightening storms as they came across the plains.

The white-browed woodswallows are still on Sandy Creek Rd. With a few red-browed firetail's hopping around amongst them.

Also, on Sandy Creek Rd, resounded the bizaar call of a Restless Flycatcher.

Along with an echidna and koala sighting(not to mention the hundreds of kangaroos), it made for an amazing day.
