Dear Birders
This years surveys for Rufous Scrub-birds in north
east NSW will be conducted during November and December.This will be the 4th year of these surveys.
Surveys will occur in 4 National Parks (Barrington
Tops, New England, Gibraltar Ranges, and Border Ranges) occurring on weekends
and mid week. Each of these National Parks will be surveyed on two
separate ocassions, making the total number of surveys to eight.
Volunteers will be reimbursed for expenses such as
fuel, meals and some accomodation.
Project details have not been finalised as yet, but
