Hi all
In light of some recent comments about people looking for unusual birds for all
the wrong reasons, I suggest that you exercise some caution about a recent
email from Gareth Townshend of the Nascent Group. He said he wanted Paradise
Parrot info -- as it's not April Fools Day one must have grave doubts about
this person's intentions. I assume it's just a practical joke at our (and the
REAL Nascent's) expense. The Nascent Group is a technology / business
solutions company. Not sure what they'd want with a parrot, especially one
that has been extinct for so long!!!
My guess is that it's a spammer seeking "active" email addresses, but I can't
verify this. I'm not suggesting Nascent are spammers - but this message may not
have really come from that company.
My advice: trash the message - and don't reply to it.
