Apostlebird attack

I recorded some Apostlebird calls a couple of days ago and when listening to
it through my earphones one of the birds could hear it and twice hit me on
the head which drew blood but it could not find that bird inside, maybe some
would say that it would not find much in there  hi hi
Next time I will wear a hat ?
