Hello all, I trust to cross the Nullarbor for a birding trip to the south-west of WA in about a month's time. I was hoping to be able to see the race NARETHAE of the Blue Bonnet (Little Blue Bonnet), the race ALISTERI of the Cinnamon Quail-thrush (Nullarbor Quail-thrush) - can any one assist me with information on good sites for finding these birds? I was also wondering about the Scarlet-Chested Parrot site/s near Ceduna. Can anyone assist me with information about the sites, and if spring is a reasonable time to the year to find them there? Are there any good stop-over points on the Nullarbor for birds? Thanks, Chris Coleborn Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
