This was the most fanastic week for birding and this is the middle of winter!!!.

Tuesday   Northern Shoveller at Ash Island near Newcastle
Thursday   Freckled Ducks on Tuggerah Sewerage Works on Central Coast
Friday       2 Swift Parrots flying over Toronto Private Hospital (Western side of Lake Macquarie)
Grey Goshawk  beside F3 north of Morriset

Saturday    Regent Honeyeater at Kariong on Central Coast. The Regents were not calling when I was there so there was probably
more than one. This bird had looked like a white band on its left leg but i couldn't see it clearly.
