Hello fellow birders, For those of you who are not already aware of it, this Association exists within the UK with the aim of encouraging better access to disabled people to resources, services and reserves for birding. It currently has 250+ members and a Chapter has been established in the USA. You can view its aims, activities and mission statement at www.disabledbirdersassociation.org.uk. If anyone is interested in the possible establishment of an Australian Chapter please contact me and, if the level of support is sufficient, we will move towards that. Regards Ralph Reid Sydney Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
