A look yesterday at some of the lagoons and other spots we didn't get to on
Tuesday turned up a few more visitors to the Lockyer, including:
at Lake Clarendon - Pied Stilt now sporting a full breast band, wintering
Black-tailed Godwit, Caspian Tern, several hundred Red-necked Avocets;
Black-tailed Native-hen at Gatton;
Freckled Duck still at the pond near Lake Atkinson where Bob & Sadhana Cook
reported them a while back - now recorded from four locations in the valley
in the last couple of weeks;
Fourteen raptor species in the last couple of days including Little Eagle, a
winter visitor to us, 126 spp all up.
