G'day,
I can add to that with the following interesting sightings, at McGraths Hill STW
 
Midday June 9:
1 Aust Spotted Crake
1 Azure Kingfisher
From 4pm June 9:
250+ Straw-necked Ibis along with 100+ Austr white Ibis
1 Red fox taking Purple Chook
From 3pm June 10:
2 Intermediate Egrets
250+ Straw-necked Ibis back again.

Hi Edwin, Not as good as your immpressive account but I also saw 1 Freckled Duck at McGraths Hill on Saturday and 2 Glossy Ibis. There were also good numbers
of Australian Shoveler and Grey Teal in the same location... was short of time so didn't get anywhere else in the Hawksbury...but went down to ShellHarbour
in the afternoon and I'm pretty sure I saw 1 adult winter White-Winged Black Tern at some distance off Bass Point - has anyone else out there seen this species in that area recently.
