Hello all,
Mike Carter has just pointed out correctly that the
Osprey I saw yesterday evening was in a tree
overlooking Main Creek not Burrabong Creek. I'm sorry
if I've led anyone astray.
Regards,
Charlie

G'day Charlie and All,
We had them, yes them? in Western Port later on, on
the same day, heading towards French Island flying up
from the South, a pair. I'm starting to think also
that a few days previous Simon Mustoe and myself
mistook them for ...... ? I'm embaressed so I'll let
Simon say what we thought, they at first look were?
they were a fair way off from Hastings pier though
.... oh well okay my eyesight is getting bad, I need
new binoc's.
Hehehehe beautiful non seasick birds, what a load of
whoosers that can't handle gentle ripples in the
ocean,
try working in waves around the North Sea .... what a
pack of land lubbers geeeeez :^D now there they get
decent waves.
Sadly, no Cheery Herring gull today, I wish that good
looking gull would return.
Potters off to repair my beard from a little beak
kiss.
Wishing good luck to Wundollah and small notes, both
wee bills, now released. Wundollah has one blue toe if
you see him he nknows his name.
