It was busy with birdos at Toorbul high tide this morning, with members from
BRISBOCA, Birds Queensland and the Queensland Wader Study Group all out to
see some late season waders. It was well worth the effort - with at least
two and perhaps four Broad Billed Sandpipers seen by all. Other lovelies
included Terek Sandpipers, many Bar Tailed Godwits, Greater and Lesser Sand
Plovers and Great Knots resplendant in varying degrees of breeding plumage.
